• This excavator consists of 95% metal components, the main arm and small are made of 304 stainless steel and processed by CNC technology. • The hydraulic system adopts a superimposed combination of three pumps and multiple valves: the oil tank, pump, and reversing valve are all connected by a universal oil circuit assembly, which is compact and reliable, reducing the probability of oil leakage. At the same time, when all actions are performed simultaneously, they will not be interfered by others, resulting in better operating feel. The integrated oil circuit system is all hard connected, reducing the probability of oil leakage and making maintenance easier.
• The hydraulic system of this excavator is equipped with 2 cooling fans, whose rotation speed can be automatically adjusted with temperature. When the oil temperature reaches 60 degrees, the maximum rotation speed of the fans is 9000 rpm, which can effectively dissipate heat.
• The tightness of the tracks can be adjusted with a ratchet wrench, with large tension to prevent derailment. The adjustable stroke is long, and the entire tracks can be disassembled and assembled without removing the pin, which facilitates the replacement of the tracks and allows adjusting the natural sag of the tracks according to personal preference, making the model more realistic.
• The slewing mechanism of the E400 has extremely high precision and very small backlash, which is specially customized. The advantage of small backlash is that forward and reverse rotation can be switched quickly. Meanwhile, the slewing mechanism uses a newly designed low-backlash reduction mechanism, making the slewing operation more delicate and precise.
